Rental Payments for pre-delivered orders.

To Pre-pay for equipment three methods are possible.
We guarantee reservations for 20% pre-paid deposits.

We will charge only a minimum of 2 days fees should you decide to change your equipment on a long stay booking.
WE guarantee our rental equipment is the best and latest snow technical equipment in the valley.


1. PayPal (Payment methods to paypal are numerous , C/C,B/T,D/D.Easiest of all is to just open a paypal account)
2. Payment directly to a Japanese or Australian Bank account.(Bank transfer dteails supplied at confirmation of order details)
3.Credit card processed directly via our shop.

Upon receiving a rental quote request TheBoardingCo will contact you with a quote and order confirmation.

Reservations or products you intend to pick up apon arrival to Hakuba from either shop 1(in front of Hakuba station) shop 2 (Goryutomi Ski Field River Road) or have delivered to your hotel must be paid for either via deposit or infull in advance.(as per confirmation via email)


Retails/Shop Purchase Orders - Surf Or Snow

Deliveries to anywhere in Japan overnite.
For deliveries to a non permanent Japanese address ( eg.Hotels / Pensions).
You will be required to provide an arrival day , the forwarding address and a staff name contact phone number for prepaid orders before payment.

Deliveries to Australia
Binding sized box weighing up to 2 kgs via Japan Post costs 4000円 (approx AU$40) and takes 5-7days. Jackets and Wear pack smaller.

Snow Board sized boxes take 3-4 days from order , door to door. Approximately $270.1 box will hold 3-4 snowboards.

Custom duties will be payable upon delivery.
Packaging and handling 1000円 (AU $10.00)
