Binding troubles , strap breakages, and we will give you that day free of charge.
Our equipment emergency service policy guarantees someone at your hill within an hour of your call to replace or repair any failures.
Size or model changes are available mid rental terms. Please speak to our staff for details.
Cancellation Policy.
For medium term and long term rentals.
Call us before mid-day your rental lease period will terminate at the conclusion of the following day. Any fees paid for after this term will be fully re-imbursed.
For calls after 12pm a further 2 day charge does apply.
Credit card charges %5 will apply.
Online Bookings.
Prices quoted for including boot rentals are for progression (laceup) boots. Speedzone (pullsnap) lacing boots are another 700/yen extra/day.(Flat rate)
Direct Online Bookings receive a 10% discount.
Group booking discounts are welcome and available.
