Purchases

Purchases may be made from the boarding co site one of 3 ways:

• Direct Debit (To our Japanese bank account)
• Paypal (Which will incur an additional 5% for all on-sale items.)
• Credit Card via our website shopping trolley.

Please note that to purchase on our shopping trolley you do need to register. Repeat purchases have a fast checkout option whereby they are not required to re-enter their details each time they purchase from one of our Jay Berry sites.

Shipping

We deliver to any where within Japan. Most items anywhere internationally, please email us at if you have any uncertainties. We are not permitted ship to Burton, Oakley, to Australia but we are permitted to forward to a domestic freight forwarding partner who deliver at very competitive rates anywhere internationally.

Return Policy

• not in the original condition. (tags removed, used once etc)
• custom order items

Purchaser is responsible for return shipping and packaging cost.
After inspecting the items, we will refund the amount paid less bank transfer charge.
